Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@gulfcoastseasoning.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Large or Heavy Items/Orders
Some heavy items or large orders cannot be shipped or delivered using standard shipping methods. In such instances, a freight or truck delivery service will be used. These type of shipments will be considered curbside delivery, and will likely be delivered on a pallet. The delivery driver will only be responsible for getting the order to your address. Delivery driver is not responsible for off loading you order from the truck. It is your responsibility to remove your order from the tuck. This may require multiple people or a forklift. It is your responsibility to inspect your shipment for any noticeable damage prior to signing for it. Please ensure that the delivery driver properly notes full detail of any damage. If the damage is too severe, simply refuse the order and it will be returned to us. Please contact us as soon as possible if you refuse your shipment.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Refund policy – Gulf Coast Seasoning & Butcher Supply
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@gulfcoastseasoning.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
